Senior Director - Engineering Operations

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $231,540 annually

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders to enhance operational effectiveness
• Establish and manage operational processes and reporting structures
• Coordinate across multiple departments to drive transparency and accountability
• Develop governance frameworks and performance reporting for engineering delivery
• Lead the maturation of Engineering Operations functions as the organization evolves
• Manage organizational performance and delivery outcomes through strategic initiatives
• Design and implement workforce planning and organizational management systems

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in technology operations or related fields
• Demonstrated experience establishing governance processes and operational models
• Expertise in workforce planning and resource forecasting
• Skilled in developing organizational KPIs and performance metrics
• Experience in financial management and budget oversight
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
