Senior Director, DMPK Project Leader

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, DMPK Project Leader to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will provide scientific leadership for drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics activities across a portfolio of development programs. The ideal candidate will partner closely with clinical pharmacology, toxicology, and project teams to shape compound profiling, interpret data, and support key development decisions. This position will also play a critical role in preparing regulatory documentation and presenting DMPK strategy and findings to internal governance forums. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $177,000 – $338,800 annually Responsibilities Lead NDA filings for DMPK-related activities Deliver timely, high-quality DMPK data and insights to projects Use DMPK expertise to influence compound profiling and project strategies Estimate PK and toxicokinetic parameters and report findings Coordinate across DMPK, clinical pharmacology, and toxicology teams Prepare presentations for internal governance meetings Qualifications Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in biotech or pharmaceutical settings Expert in DMPK sciences and drug development processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience leading DMPK projects Previous experience with CNS drug candidates Familiarity with regulatory submissions, particularly NDAs for small molecules Benefits Participation in a company-sponsored 401(k) and pension plan Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care Life insurance and death benefits Various paid time off and leave of absence options Well-being benefits including employee assistance and fitness programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
