Senior Director, Digital Applications Delivery

LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Director, Digital Applications Delivery for an industry-leading organization committed to improving wellbeing through innovation, technology, and collaboration. This is an opportunity to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives that directly impact business operations and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise digital application delivery across a portfolio of strategic initiatives
• Serve as the executive liaison between business stakeholders and IT leadership
• Develop and execute digital technology roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities
• Oversee Agile delivery teams utilizing Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
• Guide solution architecture, engineering standards, and SDLC governance
• Manage delivery partners and vendors while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
• Lead release planning, deployment readiness, and organizational change initiatives
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Build business cases, prioritize initiatives, and manage project portfolios
• Communicate project status, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6-8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) governance
• Experience partnering with executive business leaders and cross-functional teams
• Strong vendor management and strategic planning experience
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Pay

$180,000 – $200,000 per year
