Senior Director, Development (West Texas Data Center Construction)

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer deployment project delivery across the company locations
  • Cook up design needs, pricing, customer approvals, and implementation with the Property Development team
  • Align client objectives with project management strategies and organizational collaboration
  • Drive client relationship and cost management to ensure timely and budget-aligned project delivery
  • Serve as primary contact for Federal sales support on secured deals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture
  • 10+ years of experience in developing Mission Critical Facilities
  • 5+ years of experience in data center project construction
  • Willingness to be on site in West Texas 100% of the time
  • Professional licenses related to engineering or construction management (preferred)

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
