Senior Director - Delivery Management

About the role

This leader will oversee global delivery operations that support digital workplace and service desk services, with a strong focus on service quality, governance, and customer satisfaction. The role will partner closely with executive stakeholders to drive scalable delivery models, manage performance across dispersed teams, and lead operational transformation. A successful candidate will also bring financial discipline, executive presence, and a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global digital workplace and service desk operations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drive governance and performance management across dispersed teams.
• Establish scalable delivery models to support business growth and efficiency.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for critical operational issues.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and stakeholders.
• Lead strategic planning discussions and operational governance meetings.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in Digital Workplace Services, IT Service Management, or related areas.
• 5+ years leading large-scale global delivery organizations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and technology, including POS systems.
• Proven success in managing executive-level client relationships and operational transformations.
• Strong financial management skills, including P&L ownership and margin management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay

$160,000 – $200,000 annually
