About the role

The Senior Director of CPS Capabilities will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of capabilities strategy for CPS. This includes leading flagship programs such as the Digital Academy, Supply Chain University, Engineering Edge, and QSE Institute, as well as strategic initiatives like the Future of Work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CPS Capabilities Strategy, Programs, and Leadership
  • Develop and implement digital, technical, and change management capabilities
  • Manage and develop a team of functional experts and subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Develop and deploy a strong competency/skill framework
  • Support Future of Work initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior executive leadership to align capabilities needs
  • Drive change adoption through comprehensive skills and capabilities roadmaps
  • Own global digital capability metrics and manage CPS LMS
  • Lead strategic agenda and delivery for annual Transformation leader summits
  • Drive digital acceleration and new technologies
  • Design ways of working and onboarding for integrated global digital capabilities
  • Evaluate digital capabilities priorities and implement use cases

Requirements

  • 10+ years in leading strategic people and program initiatives
  • 5+ years in digital transformation leadership and cross-functional global teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or Technical Management
  • Manufacturing experience including knowledge of food/beverage processing and related technical domains
  • Proven success in developing and scaling new products, programs, and teams
  • Strong data-driven and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in competency modeling, skill assessment, instructional design, and learning development programs
  • Awareness and advocacy of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 opportunities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with a growth mindset
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organization skills
  • Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and business and functional leaders

Pay

Pay Range: United States of America: 170,000 USD - 193,000 USD

Schedule

Travel Required: 00% - 25%
