We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, accommodation request, etc. Must preserve all substantive information. We need to parse the posting. Content: Intro paragraph: "At Lilly, the work is demanding because patients are waiting..." etc. That's about the role/company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Lilly". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading. Then "Responsibilities" heading: there is a block starting with "Responsibilities Are you seeking a career..." then bullet list? Actually after that there is a paragraph describing responsibilities, then "Skills" heading. Then after Skills there is a paragraph describing multidisciplinary position etc. Then "This position will focus on:" with sub-bullets: Alliance and Transaction Management, R&D and Commercial Transactions, Lilly Research Labs Support. Then "Key Responsibilities" list. Then "Additionally, This Individual Will Be ..." list. We need to capture all responsibilities as list items under
  • . Probably combine all responsibility statements. Then "Skills" heading: there is a paragraph after Skills heading: "This multidisciplinary position requires that you demonstrate your deep legal and business sense..." then list of functions. Then later "Additional Skills/Preferences" list. We need to decide what goes under Skills vs Requirements vs Qualifications. The posting has "Basic Requirements" heading (though not in the list of allowed headings but we can use Requirements). Then "Additional Skills/Preferences". Also there is "Qualifications" maybe not explicit but we can treat Basic Requirements as Requirements. There's also "Qualifications" maybe not present; we could omit if no specific content. We have Pay: "Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $199,500 - $292,600 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus..." So we have Pay section. Benefits: "In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities)." So Benefits section. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; maybe full-time implied but not stated. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting states it. It doesn't, so omit. We also need to include maybe "Qualifications" section? Could combine with Requirements. But we have Basic Requirements and Additional Skills/Preferences. Could put Requirements heading for Basic Requirements, and Skills heading for Additional Skills/Preferences plus the earlier skills paragraph. However the instruction says use headings like Skills, Requirements, Qualifications. We can have both Requirements and Skills. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not relevant. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation request, ERG lists, etc. Also remove lines like "Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities..." etc. Also remove "#WeAreLilly". Also remove "Lilly reserves the right to amend..." maybe that's boilerplate but it's about compensation and benefit programs; could be considered part of Benefits? It's a disclaimer; maybe we can keep as part of Benefits? It's not substantive benefit detail; but it's about compensation and benefit programs. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's not EEO etc. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The disclaimer about amending compensation and benefit programs is legal boilerplate; likely remove. Also the sentence about Lilly reserves the right to amend... is legal; remove. Also remove the accommodation request link and EEO statement. Also remove the ERG list. Also remove the line "Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions." That's EEO/accommodation; remove. Also remove "If you require accommodation to submit a resume for a position at Lilly, please complete the accommodation request form..." remove. Also remove "Lilly is proud to be an EEO Employer..." remove. Also remove "Our employee resource groups (ERGs) offer strong support networks..." remove. Also remove "#WeAreLilly". Now we need to preserve all substantive information: intro paragraphs about Lilly mission, responsibilities, skills, basic requirements, additional skills/preferences, pay, benefits. We need to format as HTML fragment: only sections with headings and content. Let's draft:

But we have nested lists; maybe better to flatten. However instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It didn't forbid nested lists. Could keep but maybe simpler to have top-level list items each representing a responsibility. Could combine. Given complexity, we can produce a flat list of responsibility statements.
