Senior Director, Contracting & Network Development

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and other external partners
• Develop strategies for new network formation in collaboration with business development
• Assemble and manage cross-functional teams for network development
• Ensure budget alignment with network management objectives
• Support new business launches in diverse markets while considering local factors
• Monitor performance and address process quality gaps

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of contracting or healthcare operations experience
• Experience with market establishment and strategic oversight
• Promised track record in managing provider contracts
• Strong negotiation skills with complex contracts
