About the role

Our client, a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space, is seeking a Senior Director, Contracting & Network Development. This leadership role will oversee contracting and network development strategy across multiple markets, focusing on building effective provider relationships and supporting new market launches. The Senior Director will partner closely with business development, executive leadership, and cross‑functional teams to shape network plans that align with organizational objectives, guide implementation teams, address operational gaps, and ensure network performance supports broader business goals.

Location: Remote – U.S. based candidates only (no visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Direct contract evaluation, review, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with business development to create new network strategies.
• Assemble and direct resources required for network development.
• Develop budgets aligned with network management objectives.
• Support business launches in varied markets, considering local factors.
• Lead network development specialists through implementation stages.
• Monitor performance and address process gaps with business solutions.
• Communicate network strategy with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in contracting or healthcare operations.
• Proven experience in establishing new markets.
• Strong understanding of network development strategies.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Pay

$148,000 – $274,200 annually
