Responsibilities
- Build and lead strong, independent leadership teams for project delivery
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities
- Establish clear plans and expectations for predictable outcomes
- Guide data-driven problem-solving to identify risks early
- Drive operational efficiency and improve on-time store openings
- Coach and develop the construction leadership team
- Own and manage the master CPM construction timeline across projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years in leadership of multi-site retail or commercial construction
- Experience with capital governance and executive stakeholder engagement
- Proven program and scheduling management skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams successfully
