Senior Director, Communications - Global Supply Chain

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Communications - Global Supply Chain to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will serve as a strategic communications leader supporting a global supply chain organization through periods of transformation and operational change. The ideal candidate will partner closely with executive leadership to shape clear, compelling messaging that strengthens alignment across a complex, international business. This position also calls for a strong people leader who can guide a communications team and elevate the impact of internal and leadership communications. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $145,600 – $259,600 annually Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Global Supply Chain Officer and senior leadership on communication strategies Lead the integrated communications strategy for Global Supply Chain, with a focus on organizational transformation Build and manage a high-performing communications team delivering impactful messaging Collaborate with executive leaders to enhance organizational alignment and support change initiatives Measure and refine communication effectiveness through feedback and analytics Develop thought leadership content for social media and conferences in partnership with the Chief Global Supply Chain Officer Oversee key communication channels and forums, including town halls and employee events Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum 12 years of experience in internal or corporate communications within a global industrial organization Proven experience advising C-suite leaders, particularly in global supply chain contexts Strong business acumen with experience in supply chain transformation initiatives Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for diverse global audiences Data-driven mindset with experience in digital communication tools Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Benefits Medical, dental, life, vision, and wellness programs Disability and 401(k) plans Employee Stock Purchase Plan and paid time off Tuition reimbursement and discounts on tools Access to a wealth of learning resources and career development opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
