About the role

This position leads the Commercial Strategy & Operations function for fairlife, a fast-growing, high-margin dairy company. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all commercial channels (Retail, Foodservice, Convenience, E-commerce, and International).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy to accelerate volume and profit growth, including pricing architecture, trade investment optimization, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial execution, including sales forecasting, demand planning, and customer collaboration.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align on priorities, remove barriers, and drive accountability for results.
  • Oversee the annual business planning process, including volume, revenue, and profit targets by channel and customer.
  • Drive innovation in commercial models, including direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, and international expansion.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Commercial Strategy & Operations team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a key member of the fairlife Leadership Team, contributing to overall company strategy and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, or revenue management, with a proven track record of driving growth in CPG or related industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing strategy, trade investment optimization, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
