Position Overview
Axtria’s Decision Intelligence team is transforming by integrating AI and GenAI into their solutions. We seek an Advanced Analytics leader passionate about data science and eager to innovate for the Life Sciences domain. Key responsibilities include:
- Independently manage, build, and exceed client targets.
- Expand strategic partnerships and generate multi-million-dollar revenue streams.
- Lead consulting engagements to win new business opportunities in pharma and life sciences.
- Monitor practice area P&L, engage in new and expanded account/client opportunities, and ensure high CSAT and repeat business.
- Influence client discussions through real-world successes and contribute to innovation.
- Customize and deploy Axtria's proprietary analytics to meet client needs.
- Develop expertise in industry best practices and emerging trends in analytics.
- Contribute to Axtria's innovation by developing new solutions and analytical models.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery & Client Engagement: Manage and exceed client targets, act as peer and partner to senior executives.
- Growth Responsibility, P&L and Resource Management: Expand strategic partnerships, generate revenue streams, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Capability Building & Thought Leadership: Influence client discussions through real-world successes and publish expertise.
- Team Building, Ownership & Accountability: Build morale, foster a learning culture, and lead a high-performing team.
- Business Development: Identify and propose solutions addressing potential opportunities in untapped client businesses.
- Communication & Collaboration: Lead client meetings, own presentations, and establish Axtria as a valued advisor and partner.
- Recognized as a problem solver, contributing to enhanced solutions.
- Customize and deploy Axtria's proprietary analytics to meet client requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant work experience in Commercial/Advanced Analytics within the Life Sciences industry.
- Strong consultative and client-facing experience with a commercial mindset.
- Experience in RFP development, solution selling, and delivering data & AI applications in life sciences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record in framing business issues, designing effective solutions, and delivering measurable results.
- Experience leading projects and teams, with exposure to statistical estimation and optimization techniques.
- Completed coursework or certifications in Generative AI and agentic AI technologies.
- Familiarity with large datasets and data manipulation techniques.
Location & Logistics
- We are open to hire in New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Boston region.
- Head Office: Berkeley Heights, NJ.
- U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
- Flexibility to travel and/or relocate within the U.S. as per project requirements.
Pay & Benefits
- The salary range for this position is $157,600 to $205,425 annually.
- The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
- The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
