Senior Director - Cloud Security

For our client, a leader in the Energy & Utilities space, we are seeking a Senior Director of Cloud Security to lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. This role involves collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for Cloud Security
• Build a qualified pipeline to support revenue and margin objectives
• Develop relationships with Microsoft and strategic clients
• Lead discussions on cloud security with executive stakeholders
• Develop and evolve Cloud Security offerings and methodologies
• Provide oversight for strategic engagements
• Build and lead a high-performing technical team

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related fields
• 8+ years in leadership roles in consulting or professional services
• Proven success in building cloud security capabilities
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and associated technologies
• Strong executive communication and client advisory skills
• Experience with multidisciplinary consulting teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay

$166,000 – $200,000 annually
