Senior Director, Clinical Program - Maternal Health

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision and implementation of the Maternity Program
• Identify growth opportunities through proactive program monitoring
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales for product positioning
• Translate clinical needs into actionable briefs and documentation
• Design and operationalize new programs and enhancements
• Ensure compliance with clinical quality standards and regulations
• Utilize data analytics to track performance and drive improvements
• Mentor and lead a team towards high performance and innovation

Qualifications

• Clinician (Midwife, RN, PA, or LCSW) or researcher (PhD or MPH) in maternal health programs
• 10+ years of Clinical Program Management experience across the full program lifecycle
• Strong human-centered leadership with clinical acumen
• Ability to navigate complex problems and drive innovation
• Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven capability to manage multiple initiatives effectively

Pay

$185,000 – $200,000 annually
