Senior Director, Cell Culture Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Cell Culture Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape strategy for a cell culture business, helping define the long-term vision, competitive positioning, and investment priorities. The position will partner closely with general management and product leadership to guide major decisions that influence growth and portfolio direction. It will also translate market intelligence into actionable strategy, support diligence activities, and create the metrics and operating cadence needed to track progress and resolve tradeoffs across functions. Location: Logan, UT - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Lead strategic planning for the cell culture business, defining vision and competitive positioning Collaborate with the General Manager and product leaders on strategic decisions and investment priorities Drive market intelligence by assessing growth opportunities and supporting due diligence Establish metrics and review mechanisms to track strategic progress and resolve tradeoffs Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ensure alignment on strategic priorities Qualifications Undergraduate degree in a scientific, technical, or business field; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in bioprocessing, life sciences, or pharma services 3+ years in a consulting firm or similar corporate strategy role Substantial strategic planning experience within life sciences; strong analytical skills Critical thinker with excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills Benefits Comprehensive health care programs including medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and 401(k) plans for eligible employees Opportunity for professional development and career advancement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
