Senior Director, Capital Strategy

About the role

This position is responsible for developing and implementing capital strategies that align with the company's long-term goals. The Senior Director will oversee all aspects of capital management including debt, equity, and other financial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capital allocation plans to optimize shareholder value
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
• Lead financial analysis and modeling to inform investment decisions
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management and board of directors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in capital strategy, financial planning, or related field
• Proven track record of successful capital allocation and investment decision-making
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

$145,000 – $185,000 total annual compensation (varies by employer)
