Senior Director, Business Development - Health
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Director, Business Development to join our team, specializing in identifying and qualifying opportunities within the Federal sector, with expertise within the Health domain, including Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Veteran’s Affairs, and Defense Health Agency. This role drives strategic growth by developing customer relationships, expanding the opportunity pipeline, leading capture activities, and collaborating with delivery, proposal, and executive leadership teams to achieve revenue and business growth objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the federal acquisition process, agency missions, information technology modernization initiatives, and Federal relationships and industry players. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shepherding new opportunities from identification to win. This individual will have experience with the front end of the BD process (networking, attending events, etc) through to putting together a winning team, red team reviews, and finally winning new work.
