Senior Director, Brand Marketing

On-siteMarketing$190k–$210k/yrFull-time

About the role

We're seeking a Senior Director to lead our Brand Marketing function across our entire portfolio of brands. This role requires a deep understanding of the brand marketing mix and the ability to drive strategic storytelling and go-to-market messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain brand positioning, ideal customer profiles, value propositions, and voice guidelines across all eight portfolio brands.

  • Drive strategic storytelling and go-to-market messaging for campaigns and launches across every channel, connecting brand narrative to business performance.

  • Establish brand KPIs and measurement frameworks, including methodology and metrics such as awareness surveys, brand sentiment, NPS, and share of voice.

  • Oversee organic social strategy, execution, and performance across brands, setting the standard for voice, creative quality, and community engagement.

  • Lead influencer marketing with both a performance and brand-building lens, ensuring programs are structured, measured, and built to scale.

  • Set strategy and performance expectations for PR across home, lifestyle, and design verticals, owning PR KPIs (share of voice, tier-1 placements, media impressions).

  • Own channel-level KPI setting and reporting across social, influencer, and affiliate, using performance data to continuously optimize program structure, content approach, and partnership investment.

  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing brand marketing team with a culture of accountability and creative ambition.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12+ years of hands-on brand marketing experience, with a track record of building and scaling brand programs across organic social, influencer, PR, affiliate, and editorial channels.

  • Deep fluency across the full brand marketing mix (campaigns, organic social, influencer, affiliate, PR, and editorial).

  • Proven leadership within home, fashion, beauty, or consumer goods.

  • Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it, not waiting to be told what's next.

  • Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold themselves to a high bar, even as deadlines, priorities, and initiatives shift quickly.

  • Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach, and are comfortable leading through influence with people who don't report to them.

  • Culturally connected, with a strong read on trends and best practices across retail and digital ecosystems.

  • Data-fluent, comfortable setting KPIs, reading performance reports, and making decisions based on what the numbers say.

Qualifications

  • Genuinely curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them.

  • Experience with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) is a plus.

Skills
