For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Brand Management & Engagement to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This leader will shape brand direction and engagement strategy across a healthcare environment where trust, clarity, and consistency are essential. The role will translate brand vision into practical standards that strengthen customer perception, support growth, and reinforce a unified market presence. This leader will also guide customer engagement and onboarding experiences to build loyalty and improve retention. Cross-functional partnership will be important in aligning marketing, customer-facing teams, and broader business stakeholders around a cohesive brand experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $141,600 – $283,250 annually Responsibilities Lead brand strategy development for the company's pharmacy and healthcare offerings Translate strategy into positioning, messaging, and brand standards Ensure consistent brand governance across all marketing and customer communications Guide customer-facing brand messaging to enhance market perception and support growth Oversee customer engagement and onboarding strategies for long-term customer loyalty Collaborate on customer journey design to enhance satisfaction and retention Establish frameworks for tracking brand performance and competitive intelligence Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master's preferred 7+ years of experience in brand management or marketing strategy, particularly in healthcare or retail Proven track record of launching and scaling brand offerings Demonstrated ability in brand performance measurement and competitive intelligence programs Strong people leadership skills and cross-functional influence Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care Support for working families including backup dependent care and adoption assistance Behavioral health solutions and paid parental and caregiver leave Variety of training programs and professional development resources Opportunities for mentorship and participation in employee resource groups Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
