Senior Director, Boards and Systems Supply Planning

For a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Senior Director of Boards and Systems Supply Planning to lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.

About the role

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. This is a US-based role located in Santa Clara, CA; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design the supply planning strategy that aligns with business objectives and revenue goals
• Create a scalable planning framework for chips, networking, memory, and manufacturing capacities to support growth
• Safeguard the integrity of planning data inputs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Streamline supply chain operations to accelerate time-to-market using advanced AI planning methods
• Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering ongoing training and knowledge sharing within the supply chain team

Qualifications

• 18+ years of comprehensive experience in supply planning, strong knowledge in boards and systems, and at least 10 years in management
• Skillful communicator at the executive level
• Proven leadership ability in building and managing global teams
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and MRP
• Success in implementing planning tools and facilitating their use in operations
• Experience with data centers, AI, networking systems, or high-performance computing products
• MBA or advanced technical degree, or equivalent experience

Pay

$292,000 – $442,750 annually
