Senior Director, Applied AI, Design & Innovation

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a multi-year Applied AI roadmap for Clinical Development & Operations
• Build and lead a center-of-excellence team for data science, ML engineering, and AI delivery management
• Establish governance models and KPIs to measure AI impact across clinical trials
• Lead the creation of predictive enrollment models to enhance forecasting accuracy
• Drive innovation in trial design and feasibility through AI/ML approaches

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in life sciences, information technology, data science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong expertise in leading complex initiatives integrating AI and advanced analytics within regulated environments
• Demonstrated ability in developing KPI, value, and ROI frameworks for innovation and AI projects
• Prominent experience in change management and stakeholder engagement for digital or AI-enabled capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams
