Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of AI innovation strategic plan in partnership with executive leadership
- Assess AI and healthcare landscape to identify opportunities, strengths, and competitive risks
- Conduct analysis and develop business plans for priority AI projects in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure timely execution of AI initiatives through project management assistance
- Establish AI governance and lifecycle management to evaluate capabilities and risks
- Create business cases and operational models for AI initiatives with various departments
- Develop metrics and reporting processes to monitor initiative success and provide updates to leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in life sciences, biomedical sciences, public health, business administration, health administration, data science, informatics, or related field required; Ph.D. preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, research administration, or innovation program leadership in a healthcare environment
- Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to operational execution
- Experience in oncology, biomedical research, digital health, AI, or data science transformation preferred
- Strong analytical and project management skills
Pay
$247,600 – $284,033 annually
