Senior Director, AI Engineering -Agentic AI Platform(Remote Eligible)

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and support of AI software components
• Make high-judgment build-vs-buy decisions for AI technologies
• Invent and introduce LLM optimization techniques for AI systems
• Contribute to the technical vision and the long-term roadmap for foundational AI systems
• Attract, retain, and develop top AI talent within the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI plus at least 10 years of experience in AI/ML, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of experience
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience
• 7 years of experience managing an engineering team (preferred)
• 8 years of experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (preferred)
• Experience developing AI algorithms such as LLM Inference and Similarity Search (preferred)

Pay

$286,200 – $326,700 annually
