Senior Director, Advisor Success
About the role
Integrity Wealth is seeking a Sr. Director Advisor Success for its Core & Emerging advisor pod. This leader is the primary growth and retention partner for a dedicated portfolio of approximately 250 producing advisors representing $15 billion to $25 billion in client assets, delivering practice development consulting, the firm’s value‑add service model, and early‑warning retention management. The seat is the third pod alongside Elite and Premier, and it serves as the frontline operating system of same‑store growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the multi‑year producing relationship for the Core & Emerging pod from transition handoff onward.
- Deliver the firm’s value‑add service model: book review, succession planning, cross‑sell, technology coaching, fee conversion, niche marketing, and human capital.
- Operate the advisor risk‑scoring and early‑warning system; trigger at‑risk interventions within 48 hours of a red flag.
- Run quarterly business reviews and annual practice planning across the pod.
- Source recruiting introductions from the pod and support the recruiting organization as a reference.
- Hold pod coverage inside benchmark as the advisor count grows.
Success Measures
- Same‑store growth of 6%, 8%, and 10% or better in years one, two, and three across the pod.
- Asset retention of 97% or better; regrettable attrition below 1%.
- Value‑add service adoption of 70% or better.
- Advisor net promoter score of 60 or better.
- Pulse response rate of 75% or better.
- Recruiting introductions of $2 billion or more per year sourced from the pod.
Required Qualifications
- Twelve or more years in wealth management with direct accountability for a portfolio of producing advisors.
- Record of delivering same‑store growth and retention across a large advisor portfolio.
- Practice management consulting depth across succession, human capital, niche marketing, and fee‑based conversion.
- Comfortable operating an early‑warning retention system and leading at‑risk and save conversations directly with practice owners.
- Credible with independent advisors as a business consultant rather than a relationship manager.
- Bachelor’s degree required; CFP designation preferred.
