Senior Director, Advanced Technologies & Innovations

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Senior Director of Advanced Technologies & Innovations to join their team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, partnering with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to drive data-driven execution in a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of early-stage technology initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and clinical priorities
• Translate innovation strategy into actionable workstreams and partnership opportunities
• Manage timelines, resources, and reporting across the Advanced Technologies portfolio
• Lead strategic assessments of emerging technologies, AI, and digital biomarkers
• Develop investment-grade Product Concept Documents and guide upstream discovery of new technologies

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in medtech, digital health, healthcare AI, diagnostics, or product innovation; 12+ with a master's or 8+ with a PhD/MD
• Deep background in technology innovation, product management, or program leadership within medtech or digital health; cardiovascular experience preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and unmet needs in cardiovascular diagnostics, data science, and digital health
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, able to synthesize technical, clinical, and business perspectives
• Demonstrated success in turning emerging technologies into funded programs or launched products

Pay

$222,000 – $288,000 annually
