Senior Director, Advanced Analytics and Data Science

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the advanced analytics strategy aligning with organizational priorities and outcomes
• Develop evidence-based analytics across patient journeys using diverse healthcare datasets
• Design and implement analytics solutions for customer engagement and segmented marketing
• Lead predictive modeling and machine learning initiatives for operational decisions
• Shape and promote the AI strategy fostering practical applications in analytics across departments
• Serve as a strategic partner translating business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights
• Champion responsible AI practices ensuring transparency and governance in decision support systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 12+ years of overall experience and 10+ years in advanced analytics and data science within life sciences
• Proven track record of translating complex data into strategic insights for senior stakeholders
• Expertise in healthcare data sources including claims, EHR, and clinical trial data
• Experience in leading analytics initiatives supporting commercial strategy and patient engagement
• Strong ability to identify AI opportunities and apply emerging technologies to business needs
• Demonstrated skills in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing diverse stakeholders
