Senior Director, Accounts Advisory & Data Services

About the role

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Service Line Advisors and Data Science professionals for integrated engagements
• Serve as a strategic partner to account leadership teams and health-system executives
• Shape and articulate the company’s service-line and clinical value propositions
• Guide the design and execution of service-line strategies tailored to health-system needs
• Engage and influence executive and physician leaders to co-create partnership models
• Provide executive oversight for cross-functional initiatives ensuring quality and alignment
• Translate insights into executive-ready narratives demonstrating economic and outcomes-based value

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 12-15+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or health-system leadership
• Experience in complex clinical service-line environments (e.g., neuroscience, cardiovascular)
• Experience partnering with senior health-system executives and leading cross-functional teams
• Senior leadership experience (Executive Director or VP level) preferred

Pay

$221,600 – $332,400 annually
