Senior Director, Account Executive Operations (Remote-Eligible)

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a multi-layered team of operational leaders
• Design, implement, and govern operational frameworks and procedures
• Serve as executive sponsor for top-tier strategic partners
• Define strategy for mitigating operational risks and gaps
• Champion cross-functional transformations and system enhancements
• Establish key performance indicators and operational metrics
• Lead change management initiatives for growth periods
• Engage with clients, requiring 25-30% travel

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in account management, operations, or relationship management within financial services or payments industry
• 8+ years of experience in people leadership and performance management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred
• 12+ years of relevant industry experience preferred
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience with focus on coaching and organizational design
• Demonstrated expertise in executive-level client relationship management, particularly in South America
• 5+ years of change management experience

Pay

$217,000 – $247,700 annually
