Senior Dining Server

Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader among peers, setting an example for others in creating a vibrant dining experience for residents and guests.
• Greet residents entering the dining room, serve meals, and ensure dining venues are clean and inviting.
• Participate in training new associates and act as a role model for the team, providing excellence in service standards.
• Lead the dining service for special functions, private dining events, and special guests.
• Organize and manage multiple priorities to enrich residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dining server experience.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy.

Pay

Salary range: USD $19.00 – USD $21.75 per hour. The range reflects potential pay and does not include bonuses, additional incentives, or the value of the benefits program. Offers consider experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications/training, and other factors. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
