Senior Digital UX Product Designer

Position Overview

Design and build user interfaces and experiences for large-scale websites in healthcare settings. Collaborate with UX researchers to ensure designs resonate with users. Develop and maintain design systems, including UI components and dark/light modes. Work within preset brand design patterns, ensuring consistency across projects. Incorporate accessibility standards (WCAG) into design deliverables and workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a UI and UX designer, ideally with large-scale website projects
• 4+ years of designing and building in Figma
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining design systems
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience working with UX researchers and in Agile Scrum environments
