Senior Digital Product Manager - AI Program

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, vision, and execution of a complex digital product within the Information Technology department. Key duties include defining and aligning product roadmaps with organizational goalsmanaging cross-functional teams to achieve OKRsdriving product discovery through user research and data analysismonitoring KPIs, product health, and user adoptionbalancing scope, schedule, and budget constraintscollaborating with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and vendor partnersmitigating operational and security risksmentoring junior product managers and ensuring delivery of high-value user-centric solutions Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of digital product management experience, preferably in healthcare, with proficiency in agile methodologies, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder management.
