About the role
Responsible for leading innovative coding programs aimed at increasing girls' interest and skills in technology. Develop curriculum, manage partnerships, and oversee program implementation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement coding curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Manage partnerships with schools, universities, and industry partners to enhance program offerings
- Oversee program implementation, including logistics and participant management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure program success and continuous improvement
- Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to increase participation and visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field
- Experience in education or technology development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in technology
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of current trends in technology education
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
