About the role
As a Senior Digital Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the digital banking experience for Teachers Federal Credit Union's members. You will work closely with the technology team to develop and implement new digital banking features and services.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user-friendly digital banking interfaces.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that digital banking solutions meet member needs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in digital banking services.
- Implement and monitor digital banking security measures to protect member data.
- Provide training and support to members on new digital banking tools and features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital banking or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with digital banking platforms and technologies.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in software development tools and programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
