Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts across key industries, with a strong focus on net-new business acquisition.
- Leverage an established network of brand marketers, agency leaders, and industry decision-makers to generate pipeline opportunities.
- Lead consultative sales conversations by understanding client objectives and aligning digital media, data targeting, and omnichannel solutions with business goals.
- Develop customized proposals and sales strategies that address complex marketing challenges for senior executives and enterprise stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by acting as a trusted strategic advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal sales, strategy, product, and operations teams to design and execute sophisticated client solutions.
- Maintain expertise in digital advertising trends, programmatic media, retail media networks, consumer data solutions, and privacy developments.
- Manage sales forecasting, opportunity tracking, and pipeline accuracy through CRM and sales intelligence tools.
- Support client meetings, industry events, and strategic conversations to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to improve targeting strategies, media planning, and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of direct digital media, AdTech, or MarTech solution sales experience.
- 7+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles with a consistent record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success acquiring net-new enterprise customers through a strong hunter sales approach.
- Established relationships with decision-makers across brands, advertisers, agencies, or enterprise organizations.
- Proven experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic media, Connected TV (CTV), retail media networks, consumer data platforms, and identity resolution.
- Ability to create innovative, customized solutions and communicate value effectively to executive audiences.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong independence, initiative, and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Candidates located in the New England region (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont) are preferred.
- Ability to travel approximately 20-30% for client meetings, conferences, and company events.
