About the role

Responsible for leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensures successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Document project requirements and design specifications
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing
  • Continuously improve processes and tools through automation and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
