Senior Capture Manager

Nightwing is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead strategic capture opportunities and account campaign orchestration. Key responsibilities include assessing opportunities, managing stakeholder relationships, and formulating teaming strategies. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in capturing and winning programs across the DoD and Intelligence Community.

• Develop compelling strategies to capture opportunities
• Leverage capabilities across Nightwing's Business Units
• Lead and manage stakeholder relationships
• Create and maintain capture artifacts
• Formulate teaming strategy and structure
• Select key personnel and management team members
• Develop price-to-win strategy
• Design technical and management solutions
• Participate in proposal planning and development
• Ensure successful proposal execution

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant progressive experience or 8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, or 14+ years with a high school diploma and Master’s degree
• Current and Active Clearance
• Proven track record in capturing/winning programs across DoD and Intelligence Community
• Demonstrated expertise in U.S. federal Government services/solutions contracting/buying practices
• Familiarity with various acquisition pathways and vehicles
• Knowledge and experience with FEDSIM organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong business development skills including opportunity qualification, capture strategy, management, and technical solution development, customer visits, customer relationship development, competitive intelligence, and team leadership
