Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure with a primary focus on Azure and Kubernetes environments.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure deployments.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive observability solutions using tools like Datadog, including automated deployment of monitors, dashboards, and alerting systems through Terraform.
- Work closely with development and security teams to ensure all applications and infrastructure adhere to organizational security standards and compliance requirements.
- Actively monitor cloud infrastructure costs, identify optimization opportunities, and implement cost‑saving measures while maintaining system performance and reliability.
- Leverage enterprise‑approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles, with strong expertise in Terraform and infrastructure as code practices.
- 3+ years of experience with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud services, particularly Kubernetes Service (AKS), virtual networking, and container orchestration.
- 3+ years of experience in CI/CD pipeline development and management (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing observability platforms such as Datadog, Prometheus, or similar tools, including creating automated monitoring solutions and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001), and cloud security controls.
- Experience with cost optimization strategies in cloud environments and familiarity with FinOps principles.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Terraform Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, or CKA/CKAD.

Pay
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The salary for this role ranges from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full‑time employment.
