Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee system security, compliance, and risk management.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business processes.
Actively monitor system and service performance and ensure system availability, performance, and scalability.

Manage software development lifecycles, ensuring timely and high-quality releases by implementing CI/CD pipelines in Azure and IIS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications.
Optimize system performance, security, and scalability.

Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, cloud services, and network infrastructure, providing proactive resolutions to issues that may arise.
Manage Azure cloud infrastructure and ensure a cost-effective use of resources.
Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
Manage IT support services, troubleshooting, testing and issue resolution.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of IT management and DevOps experience with a focus on software development, support and IT operations.
5+ years experience with Azure cloud platform.
5+ years experience with SQL Database Management.
5+ years experience with Version Control systems like GIT.
5+ years experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell.
Understanding of networking fundamentals and concepts like DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewalls.
Knowledge of load balancing, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery strategies.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
