Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects that drive innovation, operational excellence, and cultural transformation.
- Partner with site leadership to identify and implement strategic priorities.
- Participate in regional and business level forums and present outcomes to business leaders.
- Develop and execute an individual development plan aligned with business level and site level goals.
- Build people leadership skills.

Qualifications
- 5-8 years working experience with 4-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, engineering, forestry or related discipline.
- Proven track record of leading teams, managing change, and delivering results.
- Ability to implement and drive operational and strategic initiatives.
- Willingness to travel and relocate for high-priority assignments.

- Compensation: Salary range of $90,000 - $148,000 based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Potential Annual Incentive Program with a cash bonus targeting 7-10% of base pay.
