Senior Developer Success Engineer - West

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a cloud-native infrastructure to help developers deploy and scale the company
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and optimize cloud performance for users
• Develop observability solutions and automate infrastructure operations to run the company efficiently
• Cultivate insights that influence platform improvements and enhance developer experience
• Serve as a liaison between developers and infrastructure to prioritize scalability and reliability

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a developer, fluency in Python, Java, Golang, or TypeScript
• Proven experience deploying and managing medium to large-scale architectures like Kubernetes or Docker
• Skilled in monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana for troubleshooting performance issues
• Minimum of one year in a customer-facing role
• Demonstrated passion for helping others, regardless of circumstances
• Experience working within or alongside remote teams
• Strong communication skills with a data-driven approach

Pay

$140,000 – $180,000 annually
