Senior Developer Relations Manager - Digital Biology Partnerships

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Developer Relations Manager - Digital Biology Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for the developer ecosystem in computer-aided drug discovery
• Accelerate workloads by delivering solutions that integrate the company technologies into developer products
• Collaborate with software partners to optimize applications and co-develop roadmaps
• Act as a strategic liaison in partnerships, setting goals and guiding execution
• Support onboarding and co-innovation with partners and startups into the company programs
• Analyze the developer ecosystem to uncover growth opportunities and develop strategies
• Work cross-functionally to boost developer engagement and partner success

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in computational chemistry, computational biology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8-10 years of professional experience in drug discovery or technology sectors, including developer relations and alliance management
• 5 years of hands-on experience in managing scientific alliances for drug discovery and related digital workflows
• Proven experience in developer programs at major tech firms or life science data platform ISVs
• Deep knowledge of drug discovery, high-performance computing, AI/ML, and relevant frameworks
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience in leading technical collaborations, architectural design, and technical mentorship
