Job Overview

This role focuses on enhancing developer productivity by refining internal platforms, collaborating with Security and cross-functional teams, and building seamless, automated development experiences. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive, reliable systems that reduce friction and empower engineers to focus on building great products.

Objectives

  • Improve the developer experience by identifying friction in workflows and delivering high-impact solutions across tooling, automation, and documentation
  • Partner with the Security team to ensure both the deployment platform and the broader development workflow are intuitive, compliant, and seamlessly integrated into engineering practices
  • Build and maintain internal tools, templates, and automation that streamline service development and deployment
  • Deliver clear documentation, onboarding materials, and best practices that support consistent, reliable engineering workflows
  • Collect feedback from engineering teams and use data-driven insights to prioritize improvements
  • Advocate for developer needs and translate them into actionable enhancements for platforms, processes, and tooling
  • Contribute to the evolution of scalable, secure systems that align with industry standards and support our institutional digital asset platform

What You Bring To Our Company

  • Developer workflow expertise: 3+ years improving build systems, deployment workflows, or internal platforms in complex engineering environments
  • Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of CI/CD, modern software delivery practices, and building automation or tooling used across teams
  • Experience building or maintaining internal tooling, templates, or automation that supports multiple engineering teams
  • Collaborative problem solver: Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with security and infrastructure teams to translate controls, policies, and platform capabilities into intuitive developer experiences
  • Clear communicator with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and guide teams through evolving workflows
  • Customer-service mindset focused on reducing friction and enabling engineering teams to deliver efficiently
  • Bias for simplification: Focuses on reducing cognitive load through automation, standardization, and thoughtful workflow design
  • Adaptable and growth-oriented: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and quickly learning domain concepts, including digital assets and industry-aligned engineering standards
