Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise endpoint environments (Windows 10/11)
- Lead device lifecycle (build, deploy, patch, retire)
- Endpoint Engineering & Automation
- Design and maintain imaging and provisioning solutions (Autopilot / Autopatch preferred)
- Develop PowerShell automation for deployment and maintenance
- Implement modern application packaging and deployment strategies
- Cloud & Device Management
- Administer Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune & SCCM co-management)
- Manage device compliance, conditional access, and policy enforcement
- Support & Incident Resolution
- Act as escalation point for complex desktop issues
- Drive root cause analysis and preventative solutions
- Collaboration & Projects
- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and App teams on major initiatives
- Lead/participate in OS upgrades and digital workplace transformations
- 5+ years of experience in desktop support, with a focus on SCCM and Intune
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficient in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, including imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management practices
