We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (already heading), Responsibilities (What You’ll Be Doing), Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (What We Are Looking For + Bonus if You Have), Benefits (What We Offer), Pay (Salary Range). Also maybe include About Us? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. The page already shows it. So we can include headings for sections present. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (About Us, remote-first details, etc). Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should strip the About Us paragraph, remote-first details, California Privacy Notice, Beware job scams, EEO Statement, etc. Also remove "We're proud to be a remote-first company..." etc. Also remove "United States Remote: Remote positions which may be performed in any of the states..." etc. Also remove "California Privacy Notice" line. Also remove "Beware job scams!" etc. Also remove EEO statement. Also remove "Pay is based on several non-discriminatory factors..." maybe part of Pay? Actually that is generic boilerplate; we should keep the salary range but remove the generic sentence. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The generic sentence about pay being based on factors is not substantive? It's boilerplate; we can drop it. Keep the salary range line. We need sections: About the role (already present as heading in the text). We'll keep that heading

About the role

and then the paragraph(s) under it. Then Responsibilities: heading

Responsibilities

then list items from "What You’ll Be Doing:" bullet points. Then Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: we could combine into one section

Requirements

or separate? The instruction says use headings for those categories; we can include Requirements, Qualifications, Skills as separate if content exists. The posting has "What We Are Looking For:" which includes experience, education, skills, etc. Then "Bonus if You Have:" which is extra. We could treat "What We Are Looking For:" as Requirements/Qualifications/Skills combined. Or we could split: Requirements (5+ years experience, BA/AA), Skills (motion design, Figma, etc), Bonus (extra). But to keep simple, we can have one section

Requirements

containing both required and bonus? Might be considered thin? Better to separate: Requirements (mandatory), Bonus (nice-to-have). But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having two sections may be okay if both have substantive content. We'll do:

Requirements

with list of mandatory items.

Preferred Qualifications

maybe? But they said headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could use

Qualifications

for mandatory and

Skills

for bonus? Hmm. Better: Use

Requirements

for mandatory,

Preferred Qualifications

for bonus. But they didn't list Preferred Qualifications as example heading; but they said use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use Qualifications for mandatory, Skills for bonus? Or we can combine mandatory and bonus under Qualifications and Skills respectively. Let's parse mandatory: - 5+ years of graphic design experience with a social/paid media focus, ideally in-house or agency - BA/AA in graphic design or similar field - Digital-first, platform-native mindset; you think about how content performs in-feeds, not just how it looks as a static asset - Strong motion design skills (After Effects or similar) for paid and social content - Portfolio demonstrating both organic social design and paid/performance creative - Comfortable partnering on ideation and concept development, not just execution - Strong eye for brand consistency without sacrificing platform-native content style or campaign KPIs - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities - Familiarity with Figma and Adobe design suite - Experience working in a fast-paced design and creative production environment - Experience working directly with non-creative stakeholders - Comfortable giving instructions and guiding production designers Bonus: - Experience or aspiration toward an Art Director path for social and paid media - AI fluency for content creation and conceptual ideation (generative tools for concepting, asset production, or workflow acceleration) Thus we could have:

Qualifications

list mandatory.

Skills

list bonus? But skills heading might be for technical skills; bonus includes aspiration and AI fluency, which are more like preferred qualifications. Could still go under Skills. Alternatively, we could have one section

Requirements and Qualifications

but they want separate headings if content exists. Let's do:

Requirements

for mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

for bonus. Even though not in examples, it's still a heading; but they said use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They didn't forbid other headings, but they said use those for section headings. Safer to stick to those. So we can put mandatory under

Requirements

and bonus under

Skills

. Skills can include both technical and aspirational. Thus:

Requirements

with list of mandatory items.

Skills

with list of bonus items. Then Benefits:

Benefits

list from "What We Offer:" items. Pay:

Pay

with salary range. Schedule: Not present, so omit. Also we need to include the About the role section heading and its paragraph(s). The About the role paragraph includes multiple sentences; we can keep as

maybe multiple paragraphs but we can combine into one

with line breaks? Better to keep as

containing the whole block. Now we need to remove boilerplate like "About Us", remote-first details, etc. Also remove "Explore careers and learn more about our values, culture, and benefits across all our brands: IPSY Careers." etc. Also remove "We're proud to be a remote-first company..." etc. Also remove "United States Remote: Remote positions which may be performed in any of the states where IPSY has established a Business presence: ..." etc. Also remove "California Privacy Notice" line. Also remove "Beware job scams!" etc. Also remove EEO statement. Also remove "Pay is based on several non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. IPSY offers a bonus and competitive benefits. Final compensation is determined by experience and skills." (these are generic). Keep only the salary range line. Now produce HTML. Structure:
