Senior Designer, Monetization

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Designer, Monetization to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will shape monetization experiences that balance revenue growth with a seamless, user-centered product experience. You will partner closely with product, research, and engineering teams to design end-to-end journeys that support engagement, retention, and business impact. The position will also contribute to the evolution of the design system and guide experimentation that informs UX improvements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $186,150 – $203,000 annually Responsibilities Lead design and UX strategy for monetization experiences to drive revenue impact Design cohesive, end-to-end user journeys that enhance customer value Advocate for user-first monetization that integrates seamlessly into core experiences Use research to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to improve engagement and retention Drive A/B testing to optimize UX improvements on revenue metrics Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency across surfaces Qualifications 8+ years of experience in UX or product design with a strong portfolio of user-centered products Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles Experience designing monetization experiences in marketplaces or social platforms Proficiency in Figma and other design tools for wireframes and prototypes Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods for actionable insights Ability to lead design strategy and influence cross-functional teams Strong storytelling and communication skills for articulating design rationale Benefits Variety of health plans, including a fully covered employee-only option OneMedical membership for concierge care Hybrid work model combining in-office and remote work Equity grant with quarterly vesting Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
