Senior Designer - Injection Molds

About the role

Design and develop injection molds for various products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize injection mold tooling
• Work closely with engineers and production teams to ensure mold performance
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mold design and development
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Experience with injection molding processes
• Knowledge of material properties and their impact on mold design
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• Experience with mold manufacturing processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
