About the role

The Senior Manufacturing Tooling Engineer (Injection Molding) will be responsible for designing and optimizing injection molding tooling processes to meet product specifications and manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop injection molding tooling solutions that ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into effective tooling designs.
• Conduct root cause analysis on tooling failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in injection molding technology to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding tooling design and development.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Experience with injection molding process simulation tools like Moldflow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of injection molding materials and their properties.
• Experience with mold manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
