Senior Designer (Clearance Required)

About the Role

Eleven Peppers is hiring for an exciting contract in McLean, VA. This position requires a government clearance (TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph) and at least five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates to create powerful, polished products.
• Work with senior-level customers to elicit needed direction, preferences, and timelines for successful graphics production.
• Develop brands and style guides from scratch.
• Design various visual communications products including presentations, brochures, promotional materials, posters, banners, websites, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field and 5+ years of experience (4 additional years of relevant design work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
• An awesome portfolio or link showcasing design experience.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite tools, primarily InDesign and Illustrator.
• Keen sense of typography, layout, and color with a hunger for innovation.
• Ability to adapt design style to any challenge.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms, including print and web.
• Confidence in making and implementing design and branding recommendations.
• Strong communicator with the ability to provide and receive constructive criticism, and articulate design concepts directly to clients.
• Proven ability to hit deadlines and get the job done.
