Senior Designer (B2B) - Donut Studios

What You’ll Do

• Create exceptional digital creative across static ads, display banners, email, landing pages, and motion storyboards.
• Build scalable design systems and reusable templates for consistent, efficient creative production.
• Elevate creative excellence by providing thoughtful feedback, mentoring fellow designers, and maintaining a high standard of craft.
• Bring ideas to life by developing visual concepts, campaign assets, and storyboards for motion, video, and digital experiences.
• Promote brand consistency by translating brand guidelines into elevated, platform-specific creative that feels fresh, engaging, and cohesive.
• Collaborate across creative teams, working closely with Art Directors, Motion Designers, Video Editors, Copywriters, and Creative Strategists.
• Leverage AI-assisted creative tools and templated workflows to enhance efficiency while delivering polished, brand-right creative.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience in digital design, advertising, or creative marketing with a portfolio showcasing exceptional work across digital campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, capable of producing polished, production-ready creative.
• Experience designing static advertising, display campaigns, email, landing pages, and visual concepts for digital marketing.
• Experience building design systems, templates, and scalable creative processes.
• A strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• The ability to translate established brand guidelines into elevated, platform-appropriate creative solutions.
• Experience mentoring designers or providing creative feedback within collaborative teams.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Experience designing and building emails in Marketo or a comparable email service platform is highly preferred.

Bonus Points

• Experience supporting enterprise technology, SaaS, or B2B brands.
• Experience creating or adapting HTML5 display banners using Google Web Designer, Celtra, or similar tools.
• Motion design or animation experience using Adobe After Effects.
• Experience designing for digital products, SaaS platforms, or UI-based experiences.
